Devon Valley House

  • This symmetrical double storey house is set in a steeply sloping vineyard at the top of the Devon Valley.
  • The design influence is that of late 19th century England.
  • The level of the entrance hall into the house is half way between the ground and first floor. From there a flight of stairs on either side takes you to the upper levels of the wings while a single flight leads down to the reception and living rooms. From the half landing you gain a spectacular view down Devon Valley to False Bay.
